Three Car Minimum for New Subdivision’s Residents

Tanglewood Shore Acres, a new subdivision being constructed outside of the city has instituted a three car minimum for all homeowners. “We feel that in order to attract the type of home buyer we prefer into our community, we need to establish a three car minimum requirement,” said developer Chad Lesperance of Expansive Tract Homes yesterday in a phone interview.
